A RESTORATIONNEAR MERequest an assessment

FROM DAMAGE TO A DOCUMENTED PLAN

Storm & rain water damage

After heavy rain, connect the entry-point assessment with the damage inside. Cleanup, weather protection and permanent repairs have different scopes.

What you might notice

  • Water entering near windows, exterior doors, walls or the roof.
  • Staining or wet materials discovered during or after a storm.

Water can enter through multiple paths. The team documents where damage is observed and coordinates building-envelope or drainage assessment when the source needs specialist confirmation.

How we approach the solution

  1. 01

Record the storm timeline, visible entry points and affected interior areas.

  2. 02

Assess safe access and identify any need for specialist stabilization or source control.

  3. 03

Document affected contents and building materials before proposed removal or drying.

  4. 04

Connect cleanup records with separately authorized roof, exterior or reconstruction work.

Professional work starts with a clear record.

Your job brings together the customer details, inspection notes, photographs and proposed work. The team reviews the scope, pricing and authorizations with you before the agreed work proceeds. Changes and specialist findings belong in that same record.

Cleanup, source repairs and reconstruction may involve different people and agreements. Required trade qualifications and permits must be confirmed for the specific work. We explain those responsibilities instead of treating every loss as the same job.

Will restoration prevent water from coming back during the next storm?

Drying the interior does not repair an unresolved entry point. The plan should identify source-control responsibilities and remaining repairs; no outcome can be guaranteed before assessment.

What about insurance?

Keep your policy and claim details, insurer correspondence and repair records available. We organize documentation of the loss and work. Your insurer decides coverage under your policy; we do not promise reimbursement.
